John Bussian is a member of the North Carolina, Florida, and Texas state bars, the U. S. District
Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts
of Florida, and for the District of Columbia, the
U. S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Eleventh, and D. C. Circuits, and
the U. S. Supreme Court.
The firm has also litigated matters in the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern District of
California, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of Texas, as well as in the U. S. Court
of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Mississippi Court of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court.
